Production at the Faenza plant follows the necessary steps in full compliance with the Mortadella Bologna PGI specification.

Poesia

Zaffagnini’s organic mortadella is made from pork of organic certified farm animals.
Poesia, which means poetry, results from the union between taste and health: the taste of a product created by following the timing and methods of the most sacred of traditions: the kitchen.
Health is the result of choosing meat from organically farmed animals that do not eat synthetic foods and grow according to the laws of nature. Mortadella is seasoned with organic ingredients and finely flavoured; its aroma is determined by slow cooking at high temperature.
