After an initial phase that included various meat processing activities, Mr. Gianfranco Zaffagnini focuses on producing and selling and sale of top quality delicatessen products. The Faenza plant produces Mortadella, Coppa di Testa, cured meats and roasted pork. The history of the Salumificio Zaffagnini is based on a link with the traditions of the land of Romagna which are handed down from generation to generation. The collaboration with Silvia and Sabina, Gianfranco’s daughters, represented a significant contribution to the company’s growth. To meet the growing market demands, Zaffagnini formed an efficient team that has allowed the company to achieve quality results such as the Mortadella Bologna PGI and Organic certification for the Italian and foreign markets. The distribution network of Salumificio Zaffagnini is dedicated to modern distribution and Normal Trade with special attention to specialized delicatessens and the Horeca channel.
